Codes expire in 10 minutes and work once, in the browser that requested them. We use your email to verify access and send booking updates and receipts. On a shared device, sign out when finished.

Approve requests using the button in your business notification email. This list shows saved status and requested times. A pickup change sends a new approval email; customers can see confirmed dates under Manage my reservation.

For guest bookings, verify the same email you used to book. Find your reservation by the phone number used to book or the PG- reference in your email, then choose a new delivery or pickup date and time and resubmit for approval. Hourly appointment times run from 9 a.m. through 1 p.m.; Wednesdays end at noon. All times are Eastern. Changes are subject to confirmation by Prairie Gator Tote Rental.
A little planning goes a long way.
Allow room for the extras.Packed closets, garages, kitchens, file storage, and shared office supplies can increase your tote needs.
Plan for items outside the tote.Furniture, event setup, and oversized equipment need separate arrangements. Books and files may reach the tote’s weight limit before it is full.
Confirm your quantity.These ranges are planning estimates, not guaranteed capacities. Larger moves, event supply loads, and ranges marked “+” need a quantity review before booking.
